Bharatam Ventures schedules board meeting to review financial results and consider share issuance

Bharatam Ventures Limited, formerly known as Pet Plastics Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report, the appointment of Mr. Ketan Ishwarlal Kataria and Mr. Pravin Shantaram Thigale as additional directors, an increase in authorized share capital, alteration in the articles of association, and a proposal for a preferential issue of equity shares or eligible securities.
