JSW Dulux approves share split, increasing equity shares to 45.54 billion

JSW Dulux Limited, formerly Akzo Nobel India Limited, announced on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, that its board approved a sub-division/split of its existing equity shares, converting one share with a face value of Rs 10 into 10 shares with a face value of Rs 1 each. The company also approved alterations to its Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the share split, which will increase the number of equity shares from 4,55,40,314 to 45,54,03,140. The move aims to enhance affordability and accessibility for retail investors, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot and any required regulatory approvals.
