Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 2, 2026, to September 8, 2026, for the purpose of dividend payment and the meeting, with September 1, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share.
