HOMRE Limited to convene a board meeting to approve an employee stock option plan

HOMRE LIMITED, formerly known as Triton Corp Limited, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to consider and approve the introduction and implementation of HOMRE Limited Employee Stock Option Plan – ESOP 2026, and the preferential issue and allotment of Fully Convertible Warrants to promoters and/or non-promoters, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
