Delhivery Limited allotted equity shares under ESOP plans, realizing Rs 227,415.5

Delhivery Limited announced the allotment of 1,12,304 equity shares following the exercise of vested options under its Employee Stock Option Plans, specifically 90,815 shares under Delhivery Employee Stock Option Plan, 2012 (“ESOP 2012”) and 21,489 shares under Delhivery Employee Stock Option Plan IV, 2021 (“ESOP IV 2021”), the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The allotment increased the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 74,90,54,626 to Rs 74,91,66,930, and resulted in Rs 2,27,415.5 realized from the exercise of options.
