Keerthi Industries' promoter released a pledge of shares as collateral for Axis Bank credit

Seshagiri Rao Jasti, promoter and managing director of Keerthi Industries Limited, disclosed the release of a pledge on 2,405,021 equity shares, representing 30% of the company's paid-up capital, to the BSE Limited and Keerthi Industries Limited on August 11, 2026, for the purpose of collateral for a credit facility from Axis Bank Limited.
