The revised disclosure, dated August 10, 2026, supersedes the earlier submission of August 4, 2026, and indicates that Hitesh Himatlal Lakhani, a promoter of Rikhav Securities Limited, has pledged 4,98,048 shares, representing 1.3% of the total share capital, to NU Investors Technologies Pvt Ltd as margin trade.
