Yukēn India appoints Yoshitake Tanaka as Whole-time Director for four years

Yuken India Limited announced that the board of directors approved a change in designation for Mr. Yoshitake Tanaka, who will transition from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Whole-time Director for a period of 4 years, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The decision, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, follows Mr. Tanaka’s previous tenure as Whole-time Director from September 14, 2022, to September 19, 2024.
