Ambassador Intra Holdings board approves warrant issue to investors for up to Rs 38.7 million

Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the issue, offer, and allotment of up to 18,00,000 warrants convertible into 18,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to public category investors, including Garima Venture Finance Limited, Dharamveer Rajeshkumar Singh, Prabeersingh Chetansingh Thakur, Ashish Patel, Arpit Singh, Saroj Dinesh Singh Kshatriya, Rajveer Dinesh Singh, Kavya Chetansingh Thakur, Parshva Alloys Private Limited, and Evolvion Advisory Private Limited. The warrants will be issued at an issue price of Rs 21.50 per warrant, for an aggregate amount up to Rs 3,87,00,000, and are subject to shareholder approval.
