Shri Megha Nidhi Dahal appointed Chairman of Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd. by Assam government

PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LTD. announced that Shri Megha Nidhi Dahal, IAS (Managing Director, AIDC), has been appointed as Chairman & Nominee Director with effect from August 10, 2026, replacing Shri Hivare Nisarg Gautam, following a direction from the Govt. of Assam via notification no. ECF no. 780232/23 dated July 16, 2026.
