Jupiter Infomedia Limited, now known as Arix Energix Limited following a name change effective July 17, 2026, will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited limited reviewed financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, for both standalone and consolidated entities, and the trading window for the company's securities is closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting’s outcome.
