Shadowfax Technologies Limited’s ESOP exercise boosts share capital and generates Rs 1.24 crore

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 12,41,478 equity shares to eligible employees under its SFX ESOP 2016, resulting in an increase of the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,85,31,97,500 comprising 58,53,19,750 equity shares to Rs 5,86,56,12,280 comprising 58,65,61,228 equity shares. The exercise of these options generated Rs 1,24,14,780 for the company, and the shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
