Pudumjee Paper Products invests Rs 22.15 crore in Saraswat Co-operative Bank shares

Pudumjee Paper Products Limited announced it will subscribe to an additional 22,14,900 equity shares of Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited for Rs 22,14,90,000, increasing its total shareholding to 22,17,400 shares, as part of an offer to eligible member-borrowers and in accordance with share-linkage norms, linked to the company’s existing credit facilities of approximately Rs 89 crore with the bank.
