Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions allots shares, increasing capital by Rs 1,00,000

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares, comprising 1,00,000 shares from the exercise of vested stock options at an exercise price of Rs 1 per option and 1,00,000 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, pursuant to a shareholder resolution dated August 8, 2025, under the Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment increases the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 11,72,71,170 to Rs 11,74,71,170, and realized Rs 1,00,000 from the exercise of options.
