AMPL Capital Limited, formerly known as Credent Global Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report. The trading window for the company, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has been closed for designated persons and their relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
