Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced that a sub-committee of its Board of Directors approved a binding framework agreement for CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (4) Inc. to invest up to INR 3,000,00,00,000 in Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Limited, through multiple tranches, representing up to 28% of the shareholding in PHVL.
