United Drilling Tools Ltd. has approved the reappointment of M/s A P U & Company, Chartered Accountants (ICAI FRN - 019542N), as statutory auditors for a second term of four years, from the conclusion of the 44th annual general meeting until the conclusion of the 48th Annual General Meeting, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
