Unique Organics Limited informed the BSE that the register of members and transfer books will be closed from September 2, 2026, to September 8, 2026, for the purpose of ascertaining the names of shareholders eligible to receive the AGM notice and participate in the 34th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 8, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. through video conferencing.
