KSH International appoints KANJ & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years

KSH International Limited informed the BSE and NSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. KANJ & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from the financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval, and M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
