Valiant Laboratories re-appointed Mr. Vora as Managing Director for five years

Valiant Laboratories Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Vora as Managing Director for five years, effective February 6, 2027, and Mrs. Sonal Vira as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, also effective February 16, 2027, both subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Vora as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and plans to shift its registered office to Plot No. L-13, L -28, L -28(Pt), L -29 & L -30, MIDC Tarapur, Boisar, Palghar, Maharashtra – 401506. Additionally, Valiant Laboratories approved an investment of up to Rs 60 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited, through the subscription of 1% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares.
