Revathi Equipment India appoints Mahesh Gupta as CFO, effective August 2026

Revathi Equipment India Limited, formerly Renaissance Corporate Consultants Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Mahesh Gupta as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 10, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounts, particularly in financial planning and analysis, and previously worked with leading companies in the manufacturing industry.
