Brookfield India Real Estate Trust appoints Mehra and Poljak to its board

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust announced the appointment of Mr. Gautam Mehra as an additional independent director and Mr. Danny Poljak as an additional non-executive, non-independent director to the board of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, the manager to Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, both appointments effective August 10, 2026, and subject to member approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. Mr. Mehra brings over four decades of experience as a business advisor, while Mr. Poljak is President of BGRE and Co-Head of Real Estate in Australia & New Zealand.
