Maple Infrastructure Trust reports no deviations in proceeds use following Rs 17,559,825,920 issuance

Maple Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, disclosed a statement of deviations or variations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in relation to the issuance of units on a preferential basis for an amount aggregating to Rs 17,559,825,920, allotted on November 20, 2025, noting no deviations in the use of proceeds and that the variation between projected and actual utilization of funds is not applicable, according to a filing with the BSE Limited.
