Concord Drugs Ltd consolidated sales down 44.73% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 109.43%

Concord Drugs Ltd share price declined by 2.98% to Rs 71.21 after the company's net profit soared by 109.43% to Rs 1.11 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 44.73% to Rs 20.94 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Pharmaceuticals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 24.54 lakh crore, easing 5.11%. It has improved by 0.73% over last one week and advanced by 13.38% in last one month while the market capitalization of Concord Drugs Ltd has marginally improved by 5.07% and 9.47% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Concord Drugs Ltd stood at Rs 1.54 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 862.50% year-on-year, and rallying 105.33% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, jumping 124.51% YoY and surging by 53.69% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 48.29% to Rs 19.01 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 16.52 crore, tumbling by 52.89% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.26 crore, plunging by 28% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 0.71% to Rs 45.24 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 27.66% to Rs 0.34 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 293% to Rs 4.15 crore, and PBT inched up 9.52% to Rs 0.69 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.72 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.79 crore in FY25. Concord Drugs Ltd surged by 27.53% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.63% during the same period.
