Ind-Swift Laboratories reported Rs 255.61 crore received from a convertible warrant issue

Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that there was no deviation or variation in the use of funds raised through a preferential issue of convertible warrants, according to a statement reviewed by the company's Audit Committee for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company received Rs 255.61 crore out of a total issue size of Rs 314.60 crore on August 30, 2024, and noted that Rs 58.99 crore became non-receivable from Saral Incorporated VCC Sub Fund 1 due to the warrants' tenure expiring and the allottee failing to convert them into equity.
