Bharat Forge to invest up to Rs 2,400 million in defense subsidiary Kalyani Strategic Systems

Bharat Forge Limited announced that its board approved a further investment of up to Rs 2,400 million in Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, in one or more tranches. Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, incorporated on December 20, 2010, had a turnover of Rs 12,244.70 million for the fiscal year 2025-26 and is engaged in developing and manufacturing defense platforms, systems, and equipment, with a presence in India and Spain; the investment is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2027.
