Ashok Leyland’s committee allotted Rs 300 crore in debentures maturing August 10, 2028

Ashok Leyland Limited announced that its Fund Raising Committee has allotted 30,000 unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each for a total amount of Rs 300 crore. The NCDs, which carry a fixed coupon rate of 7.50% per annum, will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and mature on August 10, 2028.
