Amagi Media Labs Limited has allotted 35,41,160 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of stock options under the Amagi Employee Stock Option Plan 2025, resulting in Rs 6,41,02,043.20 realized by the company, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 10, 2026.
