Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also stated that the trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and connected persons has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
