Bombay Dyeing’s revenue recognized for THREE ICC real estate project totaled Rs 153.20 crore

Revenue recognition for the THREE ICC real estate project began during the quarter, utilizing a “over time” method based on contract completion, accompanied by a Rs 153.20 crore transfer from Capital Work-in-Progress to Inventories - Work In Progress. The company is currently involved in an appeal to the Supreme Court regarding a SEBI order concerning alleged financial irregularities from fiscal years 2011-12 to 2017-18, maintaining the validity of its financial statements. Additionally, a Rs 3.49 crore inventory write-down was recorded for the quarter, and Rajnesh Datt was re-appointed as Manager, overseeing the Polyester Segment, for a two-year term beginning February 4, 2027.
