AFCOM HOLDINGS LIMITED will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Limited Review Report thereon, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Trading window for designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
