Manoj Vaibhav Gems re-appoints Sagar & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Manoj Vaibhav Gems ‘N’ Jewellers Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed M/s Sagar & Associates as the company’s statutory auditors for five consecutive years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31. The board also approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Mrs. Bharata Mallika Ratna Kumari Grandhi as Chairperson & Managing Director for a further five years, effective February 12, 2027; Mrs. Sai Keerthana Grandhi as Whole-time Director for five years, effective March 1, 2027; and Mrs. Sai Sindhuri Grandhi as Executive Director for five years, also effective March 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
