Sanghvi Brands schedules AGM for September 18, 2026, approves FY26 annual report

Sanghvi Brands Limited announced that its board approved the company's Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and scheduled its 16th Annual General Meeting for Friday, September 18, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The board also appointed M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited as the e-voting agency and CS Priyanka Yadav as the scrutinizer for the AGM, re-appointed Mr. Narendra Rikhabchand Sanghvi, and appointed M/s. S K Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants as the company’s Internal Auditors for the period April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
