YES BANK's committee approved equity share allotment, boosting paid-up capital by Rs 17.21 million

YES BANK Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,84,823 equity shares on August 10, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan 2024, generating Rs 17,20,965.50 for the bank, which increased the paid-up share capital from Rs. 62,775,204,304 consisting of 31,387,602,152 equity shares to Rs. 62,775,573,950 consisting of 31,387,786,975 equity shares.
