Reliance Home Finance’s Committee of Creditors convened Thursday under the CIRP process

Reliance Home Finance Limited, under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the 13th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) was duly held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM (IST) through video conferencing, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
