Dollar Industries Ltd consolidated sales down 34.87% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 20.48%

Dollar Industries Ltd share price softened by 0.74% to Rs 280.1 after the company's net profit plunged by 20.48% to Rs 26.25 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 34.87% to Rs 404.81 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Garments & Apparels industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 87539.35 crore, gaining 6.84%. It has inched up 2.89% over last one week and rallied by 16.90% in last one month while the market capitalization of Dollar Industries Ltd has marginally improved by 5.12% and 1.56% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Dollar Industries Ltd stood at Rs 34.87 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 22.95% year-on-year, and nosediving by 18.13% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 47 crore, improving 11.13% YoY and plunging by 16.90% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 36.25% to Rs 366.38 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 225.07 crore, posting a minor increase of 4.56% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 31.17 crore, dipping slightly 0.67% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 9.97% to Rs 1880.96 crore, while net profit expanded by 16.11% to Rs 107.08 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 17842% to Rs 195.48 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 14.83% to Rs 142.19 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 138.72 crore in FY26, as against Rs 73.78 crore in FY25. Dollar Industries Ltd crashed 22.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.63% during the same period.
