Kolte-Patil Developers extends timeline for Rs 41,703 lakh preferential issue until 2027

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has extended the timeline for utilization of the Rs 41,703 lakhs raised through a preferential issue of equity shares on a private placement basis by 12 months, until December 22, 2027, with shareholder approval obtained at its 35th Annual General Meeting on July 27, 2026.
