Kalpa Commercial Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shruti Sethi as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Sethi, a qualified Company Secretary, is currently Executive Company Secretary at Wind World Wind Farms (Karnataka) Limited and is not related to any existing directors or key management personnel of Kalpa Commercial Limited.
