Svaraj Trading appoints Pragati Rai as Company Secretary, effective August 2026

Svaraj Trading and Agencies Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Pragati Rai as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Rai, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a Master of Commerce degree from Banaras Hindu University and has over four years of experience in secretarial matters. The company's board also authorized Ms. Rai, along with Managing Director Mr. Harendra Gupta and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Rajesh Jivanlal Purohit, to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the stock exchange.
