Head Up Ventures Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Dhruvi Patel as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Patel is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, board management and compliance functions.
