UVS Hospitality confirmed no deviation in utilization of Rs 61.07 crore funds raised in May 2024

UVS Hospitality and Services Limited, formerly known as Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd, disclosed to the BSE Limited on August 10, 2026, that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue of equity shares, warrants, and allotment of shares by way of swap, totaling Rs 14.63 crore, Rs 3.94 crore, and Rs 42.50 crore respectively, which occurred on May 15, 2024.
