Mitsui Chem Plast Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a proposal for fund raising through the issue of securities including equity shares or equity-linked instruments via a rights issue, preferential allotment, or private placement, among other options.
