Pagaria Energy Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to note the resignation of Mr. Sukumar Sardar as a Non-Executive Independent Director, while also approving the appointment of Kailash Kumar Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
