Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited, through its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Purva Share Registry (I) Pvt. Ltd., has confirmed the dematerialization of share certificates for the period ended July 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
