10-Aug-2026, 04:55
Aro Granite Industries Limited is securing a loan of up to Rs 50 crores from Managing Director and Promoter Mr. Sunil Kumar Arora to address working capital needs, a transaction requiring shareholder consideration due to Mr. Arora’s 33.16% stake within a larger 41.08% promoter group holding. The loan, which will be provided as needed and repaid when feasible, was approved by the Audit Committee and certified as being in the company’s best interest, though no external bids were solicited. The company is also encouraging shareholders to consolidate folios, dematerialize shares, register for electronic communications, and submit Permanent Account Numbers (PAN) while reminding them of unclaimed dividend transfers to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) and the importance of shareholder nominations.
