Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd consolidated sales up 11.66% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit expanded by 11.84%

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd share price softened by 2% to Rs 401.45. The Company's net profit improved by 11.84% to Rs 16.25 crore, while revenue from operations gained 11.66% to Rs 70.36 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Commodity Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.63 lakh crore, easing 9.98%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd stood at Rs 22.0 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 53.10% year-on-year, and rallying 26.15% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 17 crore, jumping 87.39% YoY and expanding by 107.71% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 0.08% to Rs 50.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 35.18 crore, marginally falling by 2.74% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.12 crore, plunging by 29.96% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 22.93% to Rs 215.45 crore, while net profit registered a growth of 18.25% to Rs 50.27 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2982% to Rs 28.72 crore, and PBT improved 13.40% to Rs 66.52 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 87.15 crore in FY26, as against Rs 104.47 crore in FY25. Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd jumped 45.93% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.63% during the same period.
