Polylink Polymers re-appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as auditor for 2026-2027

Polylink Polymers (India) Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, as the company's internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, and the appointment of M/s. Ankit Vageriya & Associates as the secretarial auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years from 2026-2027 to 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval.
