Kabra Extrusiontechnik increases preferential share issue size to Rs 141 crore for 12 investors

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited increased the size of its proposed preferential issue of equity shares to Rs 141,00,00,000, up from the previously approved Rs 120,00,00,125, according to a regulatory filing on August 10, 2026. The company will now issue 37,60,000 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs 375 per share, including a premium of Rs 370, to 12 investors including Garudlaxmi Ventures LLP (as part of the Promoter & Promoter Group) and Saurabh Verma, Nitish Mittersain, Siddharth Kabra, Singularity Large Value Fund III, and others as Non-Promoters.
