Haryana Leather Chemicals extends Chairman & Managing Director’s tenure pending AGM approval

Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd., a joint venture with ICAP Sira, Italy, announced that its board of directors approved the continuation of Mr. Pankaj Jain as Chairman & Managing Director, despite him attaining the age of 70 years. The decision, subject to approval by the company's members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, was made upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jain initially took charge as Managing Director on February 4, 2013.
