R K SWAMY Limited to amalgamate subsidiaries Hansa Customer Equity and Dsquare Solutions

R K SWAMY Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved a scheme of amalgamation for Dsquare Solutions Private Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, with Hansa Customer Equity Private Limited, a wholly-owned material subsidiary, effective April 1, 2026, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. The amalgamation aims to consolidate ownership, achieve economies of scale, and enhance stakeholder value, with no consideration payable as Hansa Cequity already holds the entire share capital of Dsquare.
